Of course, we can not provide full-time power available for a small monthly allowance. Their advantage, however, is that you have to deal with anyone and also benefit from our “mixed calculation”!

With significantly increased service demand, we have every 15 minutes only as much power as you need. Discounted in the offer is 1 hour and 30 minutes Support maintenance (eg software updates) per month. This value is a “mixed calculation”, this means we relatively accommodating deal with it and understand that it is something more and something less. With considerable additional expenditure it must be calculated (of course we are talking about the pre-arranged with you!).

Yes. Easily, and without the need for technical know-how. Your username and login gives you access to the CMS interface through which you can make changes as often as you like. You can edit existing website text, change your images, publish blog posts, delete post or pages, moderate customer comments, manage categories, manage your tags (SEO info which strengthens your site -we’ll explain all about it if you’re not sure), manage links and upload files and images.

Yes – for our Professional and Ecommerce Rent a Website packages. Google Analytics is a  very important and informative tool. You’ll receive a monthly report enabling you to see your visitor  stats and user information. You can discover and keep track of how people find your site and how  they explore it once they arrive. Google Analytics is a great tool for your business and the future  growth of your website.

Cookies are small text files typically containing a site name and a unique ID. When you visit a site  (which has cookies) for the first time, a cookie is downloaded onto your PC. The next time you visit,  your PC checks your cookies, sends information back to the site, and they know you’ve been there  before. In some cases this allows them to tailor the information on their site so that it is more relevant to either new or frequent visitors.

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) introduced a set of regulations to protect users  against personal data breaches as they browse the Internet. You don’t need to worry about whether  your site will comply because we will add a Cookie Control mechanism to your website which will  obtain explicit consent for the use of cookies from your site users.

PIXAVI Ltd. owns the website and any domain names included in the package. You are simply paying on a monthly basis for the services listed in your personal website account. You do not own the website or domain. If you terminate your site, you only have rights to domains that you have purchased separately from this agreement, as well as all images or texts you have supplied to us.

YOU remain in all cases the site operator, are responsible for the content of your website Remain owners of all rights to content. Design, domain and implementation of the website remains in our hands and is calculated together with the care & support as a rent. If the Rent a Website package is canceled, you will receive your published content, as far as technically possible, as an XML file. However, these contain only the code and are not easily executable on other server configurations.

You can either forward your existing domain / s to your website or transfer it to our server for the time of the subscription (which means low costs depending on the domain).  If we have provided domain names as part of your Rent a Website package, just talk to us if you  would like to buy them.

Website design with standard Templates takes around 5 working days and website development around 10 working days  depending in the complexity of the website.

We will work with you closely on the overall structure and design, and will provide images and logos if it´s on your package, but the words are your responsibility. We’re happy to offer general advice on  content, and if you need more support we have a fab copywriter who can write or edit your website  text so it creates the right impression and gets the results you want for your business.

All of our websites are hosted on fast and dependable servers which are part of a hosting  infrastructure which is unrivalled in stability and reliability.

We take our customers’ security very seriously. All software is upgraded within 24 hours of new  patches. This level of security and service is included FREE in your Rent a Website package.

Updates are carried out on your behalf as and when you need them. All costs (charged at an hourly  rate or a set cost) will be agreed before we make any changes to your website. Standard Uptdates are inclusive.

Most sites don’t use a lot of bandwidth. If you don’t host large media files or do a lot of streaming,  you can usually get by with under 10 GB per month.  Please make sure images are loaded up as 72dpi and videos  are linked from YouTube.
